Eligibility for Returns

1. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
3. Certain items, such as clearance items, custom-made parts, or electrical components, may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Our team will provide you with a Return number. Returns will not be processed without an return number.
3. Pack the item securely, including the original invoice or receipt.

Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refunds

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we will ship the replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or special-order parts
• Electrical components that have been installed or opened

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. Provide clear photos of the damage or defect and include your order number.
3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
